- We're a two-person studio, not a support desk. We reply to genuine messages, usually within a few days.
- Write from an address you check — a plain email thread is easier for us than a contact form we can't reliably answer.
- We don't offer free private consultations or personal readings over email, and we can't give medical, legal or financial advice. The charts and glossary are there for you to explore.
